Miami Performing Arts Center (MPAC) includes three state-of-the-art theaters, an education center, an expansive outdoor plaza, and a 1929 Art Deco tower of historical and architectural significance that symbolically links the city’s past with its future. 

The Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne is a 860,00 Square Feet 5 star Hotel/Condo Resort, including 188 Condo units, 302 hotel units, and a full treatment spa.The resort is located directly on the beach with2swimming pools, a wading pool for children and a hot tub. A beach bar &Grill,and youth activities center are also part of the property. 

The new terminal of the Panama Airport is embodied by a modern design that honors the tropical climate that characterizes Panama, designed by renowned British architect Norman Foster. This imposing building is the equivalent of eight football fields and the height equivalent of a 10- story building.

The AmericanAirlines Arena is a sports and entertainment arena located in Downtown Miami, Florida along Biscayne Bay constructed in 1998 as a replacement for the Miami Arena. The Arena is home to the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association.

The Project is a people mover system that connects the Miami International Airport (MIA) terminals to the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) station. In addition to the Guide way, the Project also includes a new station at MIA that connects to the existing terminal through the existing moving walkways. 

The $1.1 billion North Terminal Development Program is a portion of the larger $2.95 billion Miami Airport North Terminal Development, created to handle the ever-increasing passenger traffic demands at Miami International Airport. Odebrecht in Joint-Venture (50/50 joint venture) is the general contractor for the central element of this development.
